Absolutely melt your stress away with this full-body Swedish massage that utilizes gentle, gliding strokes designed to elevate you to a nearly sedative state. Warm towels and aromatherapy included. (60 minutes)


Custom Massage  $79/60 min or $115/90 min
A full body massage designed to help release your specific areas of chronic stress and rigor using a combination of Swedish and deep tissue strokes suited to your needs. Warm towels and an application of a topical analgesic included. (60 or 90 minutes)


​Therapeutic Massage $79
Slow, focused work on chronic or acute areas of muscle tension. This is not a full body massage. Ideal for problematic muscular tension that needs relief. Massage gun and/or tempering roller may be used depending on needs. Warm towels and an application of a topical analgesic included. (60 minutes)


​​CBD Infusion Massage $89/60 min or $125/90 min (must be 21 or older)
The natural anti-inflammatory and pain relieving qualities of CBD-rich, non-GMO hemp extracts are combined with cooling analgesic oil and manual massage to provide a trifecta effect to relieve sore muscles. (60 or 90 minutes)

Daybreak Signature Massage  $115
Take a 90 minute vacation with our signature head-to-toe massage that uses a blend of Swedish and deep tissue techniques, heated towels, and aromatherapy. Face massage and dry scalp massage included. Say goodbye to reality and hello to your escape. (90 minutes)


Lymphatic Drainage Massage $90
A gentle, rhythmic stretching and pumping of the skin can help to increase lymphatic circulation, detoxify the body, drain fluid buildup, increase immune function, reduce edema, balance the nervous system and assist compromised tissues to recover faster. This service is contraindicated for anyone with heart conditions. (60 minutes)

​Prenatal Massage  $85
This massage is specifically for the second or third trimesters. It utilizes a pregnancy cushion that provides room for the growing belly allowing you to lay face down in comfort. It includes a pregnancy safe aromatherapy for maximum relaxation. (60 minutes)


Hot Salt Stone Massage  $89
Warm organic salt stones from the Himalayan Mountains are rhythmically massaged over your muscles to calm the nervous system. Deep muscle penetration is achieved through gentle heat to melt away accumulated tension. Similar to a traditional hot stone massage, the salt stones provide the added benefit of 84 essential nutrients and minerals bio-available to the body. This is a full body massage using the stones through the entire service. (60 minutes)


Massage on the Rocks  $125
This is a Hot Salt Stone Massage (see description above) that also incorporates traditional Swedish massage so you get the best of both services combined into one deeply therapeutic treatment.  (90 minutes)


​Detox Massage  $125
This specialty massage starts with dry brushing to remove dead skin cell buildup and increase blood & lymph flow. Followed by a full body massage using a detoxifying blend of massage oil. Cupping therapy will also be incorporated on specific areas of muscle tension to help flush the tissues of stagnation. (90 minutes)


Reiki  $65
A gentle and profoundly relaxing energy-based therapy that aims to restore balance to the nervous system, reduce stress and promote comfort and well-being. It involves gentle hand placements and techniques to harmonize the body's natural energy centers. (45 minutes)


60 min. Massage +  30 min. Reiki  $120
Choose between the 60 minute Swedish Dream Catcher, Custom or Therapeutic Massage combined with 30 minutes of Reiki. (90 minutes)


Medical Massage
Car insurance can be billed for medically necessary massage after a motor vehicle accident with a prescription for massage from your referring physician. Please contact the spa directly for additional details. Please note that we don't bill medical insurance for standard massages.

Massage Add-ons

Boost the benefits of your massage with any of these 10 minute add-ons:

​Peppermint Scalp Massage $15
Warm oil infused with peppermint essential oil is drizzled into your hair followed with gentle scalp massage and then wrapped in a heated towel to promote deep conditioning and bliss.


Ayurvedic Head Massage $15
A stimulating Indian head and neck massage performed without oil on a dry scalp using techniques from ancient Eastern traditions. 


Kansa Wand Face Massage $15
Facial massage using an ancient Ayurvedic massage tool containing the healing properties of kansa metal to revitalize the skin, stimulate circulation, reduce puffiness and balance energy (chakras). Think of it as a tune-up for your face.


Happy Feet $15
A hydrating mask is applied to both feet. Heated booties are then placed over the feet to warm and nourish the skin. A final foot massage completes this pampering and rejuvenating treatment.


Red Light Therapy $15 (no additional time added to service)
Red light therapy has been clinically shown to reduce pain, inflammation and decrease signs of aging on skin. The light will be placed wherever is requested for 15-30 minutes while your therapist simultaneously continues on with your service.


Custom Aromatherapy $5 (no additional time added to service)
Choose up to 2 essential oils to achieve additional nervous system and deep tissue benefits.

Warm Himalayan Salt Stones $15
Warm Himalayan salt stones are massaged into 1-2 areas of your choice for additional deep tissue release.


Facial Lymphatic Drainage $15
Gentle lymphatic drainage techniques are utilized on the face and neck to drain excess toxins, sinus pressure, swelling and puffiness.


Dry Brushing $15
A stimulating natural bristle brush helps to unclog pores and increase blood and lymph circulation throughout the body. It also removes dead skin cell buildup resulting in better penetration of products used during your service.


Therapeutic Cupping $15
Up to 8 cups are used with a combination of movement and stationary placement to help loosen connective tissue, stimulate blood flow, release stagnation, loosen adhesions and drain excess fluid and toxins. More circulation passing through provides nutrients and oxygen to the tissue, enhancing recovery.


Back Scrub $15
An exfoliating back scrub is incorporated into your service to increase circulation, remove dead skin cell buildup and freshen the skin. The scrub is removed gently with warm towels.


Lip Wax $15
Removes hair from upper lip using an Italian imported golden quartz wax infused with golden gem minerals and coconut oil to help protect and nourish skin.
